Make sure your employees have access to the resources, training, tools and support they need to succeed. Update technology as needed, but don’t forget to have a method of communicating and training all employees so they are enabled to perform their jobs well.

Engage

If you note employees falling into low productivity, this can be a good time for an intervention. Re-engage employees by encouraging regular communication between front line managers and employees. Keep creativity and ideas flowing, demonstrating respect for every member of the team.
